About ME

I am a native Oregonian and am crazy about this gorgeous state.

Phase 1: The early ‘90s. I graduated from the University of Oregon and completed graduate work at the University of Portland.

Phase 2: Mid-90’s and beyond. I spent over 20 years in the athletic and lifestyle industry honing my business and marketing skills at adidas, Nike and Dr. Martens. I had the time of my life and built life-long relationships, but the travel became less exciting and my priorities changed.

Phase 3: Real estate! In my 20’s, I bought the first house I looked at and never looked back. This path was a natural next step and I have never looked back.

IWhen she is not practicing real estate, Julee can be found in Downward Dog, spending time with her family, cooking, eating and exploring new places.

I believe the recipe for a smooth transaction is equal parts communication, trust, team work and tenacity. I prefer to build long-term client relationships and enter into each transaction with that goal in mind.

My favorite part of the job is negotiating and closing the deal, and my primary goal is happy clients.
